Quit eating! Is this the fastest and the quickest weight loss system? Quit eating and your weight will dramatically fall down on the scale and before doing any thing extra. You will see half of your former self in the mirror.
Is this true? No, not at all this is the biggest joke of epic proportions. This is a lie. The fact is that the quickest weight loss system has nothing to do with stopping to eat. The quickest weight loss system is only a myth. The truth is that there is no magical system to lose weight. You have to keep in your mind that losing weight needs a strenuous effort for a relatively longer period of time.
Actually what happens is, when you stop eating, your body thinks that a time of food crisis is coming? So the body begins to store food for that famine time in the form of fats. The result is exactly the opposite of your goal. The weight starts increasing instead of decreasing due to the accumulated fats even after stopping to eat.
This is the actual reason of frustration of most of the people following crash diet programs. They don't even know that why they are putting on weight whilst starving.
The good weight loss program however is a combination of diet and exercise. That is the calorie intake should be reduced along with the increase in the activity level to ensure that the body burns any fats that it tends to accumulate. By following this you will actually lose weight.
