The Benefits of drinking enough water cannot be understated. Along with that the benefits of drinking water that is safe and clean is just as important. As most people already are aware of, tap water is always in question on how safe it is to drink in the long run.

The one aspect in drinking tap water that is a no brainer is drinking chlorinated water. Fumigating stuff at best, is the last thing anybody should be drinking. The chloride in tap water is meant to kill all the Bactria in the water which is good, but chloride will do the same thing in your body as in live beneficial enzymes.

Everything should be done in your life to maintain a consistent health plan on consistently drinking healthy, purified drinking water.

There has been allot of discussion on what is the best type of water that you should drink outside of tap water. You have bottled water or you can use a water filter and purification system. Both are better that drinking tap water.

Bottled water has come under a lot of heat of late and some of the concerns are justified. With all of the pros and cons of the different choices you can make, the one choice that is hard to beat is that on a great water purification system.
